Stevee-Rayne Warren is a Baton Rouge, Louisiana-born Producer and Film and TV Workforce Development specialist. She is currently the Workforce Program Director at New Orleans Video Access Center (NOVAC), where she manages community-based career readiness and job placement programs locally and across the country through consulting partnerships. Some notable productions she has recruited and consulted for include: Succession, Insecure, Queen Sugar, Joker, The Originals, Euphoria, All American, King Richard, True Detective,The Walking Dead, The Color Purple, Carry-On, Five Nights At Freddy's, Iron Claw, Rebel Ridge, Nickel Boys, Sinners, Weapons, One Battle After Another  and many more. In her time at NOVAC, she has spearheaded entry-level and craft-specific training programs for almost a decade and has consulted for over 250 productions in over 15 states and four countries. Stevee-Rayne is an Executive Board Member of the Baton Rouge Film Commission, Founding Board Member of the Louisiana Academy of Production, Dean’s Advisory Committee Member for Southern University's School of Humanities and Interdisciplinary Studies, and an Advisory Board Member for the Baton Rouge Underground Film Festival.  She graduated from Southern University with a BA in English Literature, is an American Black Film Festival Greenlighters alumna, and was a NOFF (New Orleans Pitch 2024) finalist. She is committed to empowering individuals in The South and other smaller production markets to gain access to filmmaking opportunities and sustainable creative careers. She is currently based in Louisiana and is the mother of an eleven-year-old daughter.
